Philips Hue Bridge Connection
Problem
A user reported the Philips Hue could not be added to Animus Heart, either through scanning nor manually by IP.
Solution
Please try the things below before contacting support.
Troubleshoot
- Make sure your Animus Heart and the Philips Hue bridge is connected to the same Network.
- See if your Philips Hue Bridge has the latest update.
- If you are having trouble adding it through the mobile app, try also the desktop UI.
If nothing above helped, contact support and provide them with the logs.
Advanced troubleshoot: You can sometimes find what's wrong in the logs. Check the logs in the Terminal (only possible through desktop UI).
