Problem

Sensor doesn't report anything after inclusion.

Solution

You need to reset all the parameters for the device. 

To reset the parameters for the device go to:  
  1. Device -> Edit -> New Parameter

  2. Add the following parameter:

    Param IDSize Value
    25541
