Z-wave device doesn't get included

Problem

When you try to include a new Z-wave device it doesn't get paired. The timer finishes and it doesn't help to retry nor reboot the Heart.

The reason for this problem is because the device is probably already included with another controller. The device can be tested at the factory and then they forget to reset them.

Solution

Animus Heart can remove the old pairing. Go to Settings → Package Controller → Z-wave Package → Start exclude

Now the Heart is set in exclusion mode. See the manual of your device on how to exclude your device.
