hot fix 0.5.4

Hot fix for enabling zwave and ssh again.

1. Download system version 0.5.4
   
   
2. Install new system version and check the box "Clear data"
   
   
   
3. Let the system boot into primary mode (not recovery) and let it run for approximately 5 minutes
   
   
4. Install the latest framework version (0.6.0) again. It doesn't matter if it's already installed, and also check the box "Clear data"
   
   
   
5. Wait for the update to finish and let the primary run for approximately 5 minutes. Now you should have zwave and ssh available again.
   

A better fix will be available for the next release.
