Note!

You need to be logged in to update your Heart. If you have remote access enabled you will be able to access it remotely and make the update. If you are not accessing remotely then you need to do an manual update beacause PIN code will not arrive to your admin account. See the FAQ (Update firmware) on how to manually update your Heart framework (not Heart system).

Still not working after update?

Try rebooting your Heart and then go through the process of signing in with PIN-code.
