Problem
Setting User Codes doesn't work.
Solution
The problem is the ID Lock 150 Z-wave documentation. You can only set ID 60-70 for PIN codes, all the other are reserved for system PINs and RFID tags. You need to set the Parameter 6 for how long the PIN codes are going to be valid as well.
