Homekit doesn't connect to your Heart. You can find the Heart on homekit app but when you try to link homekit to Heart it doesn't work. The problem was introduced after Apple did release iOS14.
Solution
No available solution until framework version 2.1.0. We are working on a fix for this and upcoming release greater than 2.1.0 will have a fix.
